Bears, ballots, and board members! It's time to vote—and bring anything tasty inside.

IT'S TIME TO VOTE
Hello Everyone and Happy Spring!
Our covenants require that the Board of Directors be elected by a majority of votes cast by our members. We have six open positions to fill for the coming year.
Please VOTE using the attached official ballot (provided in PDF and Word .doc format) and return it via email or postmarked in the US mail by June 1, 2025.
The new board will be announced at the annual meeting on June 21, 2025.
SPRING IS HERE (SORT OF)
Our neighbors in Glacier View have had several bears wandering through their community the past few days. It's just a matter of time before the bears continue their travels into Cherokee Meadows.
As a precaution against potential property damage and harm to domestic animals, we recommend:
1. Take down bird feeders - it's a myth that bears only go after bird food at night.
2. Secure trash in bear proof cans or simply keep your trash cans inside the garage.
3. Secure chicken coops and chicken feed as best you can.
If anyone does see a bear, please let Janet know so that we can keep our community informed and safe!
Be Bear Aware!
